This cocktail uses a very interesting ingredient called Creme de Noyaux. This liqueur is flavored using apricot pits and is actually pretty rare anymore. If you find yourself having a tough time you can always use Amaretto instead. Similar flavor, but you’ll be missing the color.

- 2 oz Heavy Cream

- Shake well and strain into a coupe glass.
