Golden Cadillac Cocktail Recipe

According to legend this cocktail was created in California at a saloon in order to celebrate a married couple that came in looking for a drink. Word has it they were driving a golden Cadillac so the drink was named for it. Although not an extremely golden color it’s still an interesting cocktail to try.

• 1 oz Galliano
• 1 oz Light Creme de Cacao
• 2 oz Heavy Cream
• Cinnamon

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Grate cinnamon on top.
