Dark and Stormy Cocktail Recipe

This is a classic drink that is actually trademarked by Goslings Rum brand. That’s right, you can make this drink with any Rum you want, but don’t call it a Dark and Stormy without the Goslings. It’s all good though, I’ll never tell.

Ingredients

• 6 oz Ginger Beer
• 2 oz Dark Rum

Instructions

1. Pour 6 oz of Ginger Beer into a highball glass with ice. Be sure there's a little room at the top.
2. Pour the Dark Rum right on top without stirring or mixing. This will give it a nice cloudy look up on top.
3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
