Ginger Beer

Dark Rum
Instructions
Pour 6 oz of Ginger Beer into a highball glass with ice. Be sure there’s a little room at the top.
Pour the Dark Rum right on top without stirring or mixing. This will give it a nice cloudy look up on top.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
