My first ever cocktail recipe was an Amaretto Sour, but believe me when I say that it was nothing like this one. This is a much better one for sure.

- 2 oz Amaretto
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Egg White Optional
- 1 Maraschino Cherry For Garnish

Instructions
- Add all liquid ingredients and the Egg White (optional) into a shaker tin without ice.
- Dry Shaker without ice for about 10 to 15 seconds.
- Add ice and shake well again.
- Strain over new ice and garnish with a Maraschino Cherry
