  1. Add all liquid ingredients and the Egg White (optional) into a shaker tin without ice.
  2. Dry Shaker without ice for about 10 to 15 seconds.
  3. Add ice and shake well again.
  4. Strain over new ice and garnish with a Maraschino Cherry
