A classical Whiskey Sour is something everyone needs to try. Simple and yet so good when properly balanced. I highly encourage the use of egg white in order to give it a nice frothy head. A few drops of bitters on the foam is a nice touch too.

- 1 1/2 oz Whiskey
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White

Instructions
- Put the white of one medium egg into a shaker tin, add all liquid ingredients.
- Dry shake this without ice. Then add ice and shake more.
- Once it's cold strain either over new ice or in a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a citrus wheel of your choice.
