The Raven Cocktail

This cocktail was originally made as part of a Halloween segment, but I loved the way it tasted with a heavy Molasses based rum that I said screw it and made it with the regular drinks. It’s a nice combo and a Rum with some character goes well here.

Instructions
  1. Add 3 mint leaves and 6 blackberries in a shaker tin with simple syrup.
  2. Muddle the mint and berries to extract the juices.
  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients with some ice.
  4. Shake well and double strain into a coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with some blackberries and a sprig of mint.
