This cocktail was originally made as part of a Halloween segment, but I loved the way it tasted with a heavy Molasses based rum that I said screw it and made it with the regular drinks. It’s a nice combo and a Rum with some character goes well here.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Rum
- 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Blackberries
- Mint Leaves

Instructions
- Add 3 mint leaves and 6 blackberries in a shaker tin with simple syrup.
- Muddle the mint and berries to extract the juices.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients with some ice.
- Shake well and double strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with some blackberries and a sprig of mint.
