Mezcal Negroni

My first foray into Mezcal is actually a classic Gin drink that is modified to give it the smokey characteristics of Mezcal with the refined flavors of a Negroni. Mezcal doesn’t play well with a lot of drinks due to its strong flavors, but it works well here.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Mezcal
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir well and strain in a rocks glass with one large ice cube. Garnish with an orange wheel.
