Lemon Drop Martini

A Lemon Drop martini is a larger version of the shooters that taste like the Lemonhead candies. There are two different ways to make a Lemon Drop, this is the version that calls for a regular vodka instead of the citrus that many do.

• 1 1/2 oz Vodka
• 1/2 oz Cointreau
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp White Sugar

Instructions

1. Rim a cocktail glass with sugar by rubbing a lemon wedge around the rim and dipping it in some white sugar.
2. Mix all ingredients listed above in a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Shake well and strain into the sugar rimmed cocktail glass.
