Name: Irish Winter Cocktail
Yield: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients: 3/4 oz Irish Whiskey; 3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur; 4 oz Coffee; 1/2 oz Heavy Cream

This is not quite an Irish Coffee, but this slightly sweeter and smoother version of the drink is pretty good too.

Instructions

Pour the Whiskey and Coffee Liqueur into a warmed coffee glass.
Top with Strong coffee, leaving a little room at the top.
Whisk the heavy cream to thicken it. Slowly pour onto the top of the cocktail. It should float.
