This is a classic coffee cocktail that originates over in Ireland. The story goes that some cold and tired passengers in an Irish airport were looking for a drink to warm them up. This was the cocktail that was served to them. Now, this staple at Buena Vista in San Fransisco is served in mass amount daily. Try and you’ll see why.

- 1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 3 oz Hot Coffee
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 2 oz Heavy Cream

Instructions
- Add Irish Whiskey, Coffee, and Brown Sugar in a coffee glass. Stir to dissolve sugar.
- Add heavy cream into a shaker and shake well until the cream thickens.
- Slowly pour the heavy cream onto the drink so it floats atop the coffee.
