Earnest Hemingway was well known for his writing, but another skill he had was the ability to hammer down a lot of booze. This cocktail is made with his preferences in mind, but there were a few additions in order to make it a little more palatable. After all, Hemingway basically drank straight Rum.

- 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
- 1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice

- Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with citrus peel.
