Guinness Flip Cocktail

I am glad I found the Guinness Flip. Not only is it a gorgeous looking drink, but the taste matches. I know it’s kind of a sin in Ireland to mix Guinness with anything, but this is a really good use.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Dark Rum
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Large Egg
• 1 Wedge Lemon
• Guinness

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients except the Guinness into a cocktail shaker.
2. Dry shake this with no ice for about ten seconds.
3. Add ice and shake well.
4. Strain into a rocks glass without ice.
5. Top with Guinness and garnish with a lemon wedge.
