French 75 Cocktail

The French 75 is a really pretty drink. I got to use my Old Tom Gin in it so that made my day better. It’s almost a Gin Sour with a Champagne topper. Overall though it’s a damn good drink.

• 1 oz Old Tom Gin
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
• Champagne

Instructions

1. Add Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker tin with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a champagne flute.
