This is a nice warm hot toddy you can try when you’re sick. I love the combination of spicy chai tea and an aged Rum. Not all hot toddies need whiskey after all.

- 2 bags Chai Tea
- 1 Cup Boiling Water
- 4 oz Milk
- 1 oz Honey
- 4 oz Dark Rum
- Cinnamon Sticks

Instructions
- Put Chai Tea bags into boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes.
- In a pot add milk, honey, and the steeped Chai Tea. Warm up, but don't boil.
- Add the rum into the pot and stir.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
