Casino Cocktail

The Casino Cocktail is actually somewhat of a classic. It is recognized by the IBA as an official cocktail for use in their annual bartending competition. It uses Old Tom Gin so immediately this interests me, overall not a bad use of the spirit.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Old Tom Gin
• 3/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass.
3. Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry
