This cocktail comes to us from Robert Hess, the Drink Boy. It is a slight variation on a classic that turned out really good. By definition it is a “cocktail” as in it has a base spirit, a sweetener, and bitters.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Cognac
- 1` oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir well and strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
