The Storm King Imperial Stout is a stout beer produced by the Victory Brewing company in Downington, PA. This beer review is one of my first ever so hopefully it goes well. I will be basing my review on a few different factors: Color, Carbonation, Aroma, Taste, and Overall Thoughts. So you have two choices here, read it below or watch the video to see how it goes.

I’ve poured the beer and here we go!

Color: As expected this beer is a dark coffee color. The head of this beer is a think, light brown head that sticks around a while. The beer also has really good lacing on the side of the glass.

Carbonation: This beer is well carbonated, but not too bad. I am happy with the level in this beer.

Aroma: Smells very much like a stout (No wonder right?). This beer has a slightly hoppy aroma and a nice maltiness.

Taste: This beer starts off with the flavor from the malt mixed with a very strong espresso coffee flavor. This drink finishes off with some mild hoppiness and an aftertaste of dark chocolate.

Overall Thoughts: This beer has an overpowering espresso flavor, you have to really love coffee if you’re going to drink this beer. I do like the mild hop flavor and the dark chocolate finish.

Final Rating: 3 Stars out of 5.
