Vanilla Simple Syrup

Heavy Cream

Soda Water
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice.
Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with ghostly marshmallows. I simply used black food coloring and a toothpick to draw on them.
