Champagne Jello Shots

Instructions
  1. Add Ginger Ale and 2 oz of Champagne into a pot.
  2. Add the envelope of Unflavored gelatin and allow to steep for around 2 minutes.
  3. Once the gelatin swells heat the mixture to almost boiling and stir to dissolve the gelatin.
  4. Remove from heat and add the Vodka and remaining Champagne to the mixture. Stir well.
  5. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before pouring it into desired container.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Garnish with colorful sugar if desired.
