Bourbon Chicken Marinade
This marinade works amazingly for Chicken or Pork. Give it a try.
Ingredients

Chicken Breasts

Cup
Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2
Cup
Bourbon
1/4
Cup
Worcestershire Sauce
1/4
Cup
Water
1/4
Cup
Vegetable oil

T
Minced Garlic
3
T
Brown Sugar
2
T
Black Pepper
1/2
Tsp
Ginger Powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients except for chicken into a bowl and stir until mixed well.
Put chicken into a freezer bag and fill with the marinade. Ensure chicken is fully coated.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 12 hours.
Pull from refrigerator and grill on a high heat over 400. Grill about 10 to 15 minutes on each side, ensure internal temperature of 165 or more.
