Notes on the Ingredients:
The Orange Blossom cocktail is a nice classical style drink I really like this because it is light, refreshing, and honestly quite an appealing looking drink. It kind of has a similar makeup to a Negroni in the fact that it is a Gin based cocktail with an equal parts ratio. The cocktail is made best with some fresh ingredients like a nice orange juice coming straight from the orange into the glass.
For the Gin, this is a London Dry that you can truly enjoy. I used Bombay in this one, but a good bottle of Beefeater, Seagrams, or Tanguray will work wonderfully as well. It’s a little sweeter so it doesn’t have to be a top of the line mix.
This drink also features Sweet Vermouth. A nice red sweet vermouth should be used here. Remember not to have your Vermouth hanging around too long. It can last longer than 6 months in a refrigerator, but honestly the flavor goes downhill.
