Hot Buttered Rum Recipe – Easy Simple Rum Cocktail

Most Hot Buttered Rum calls for a pre-made batter. Our version however, it is much more simplistic. With this version of the Hot Buttered Rum is easy and simple, allowing it to be whipped up in a short period of time.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Dark Rum
  • 4 oz Hot Water
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Unsalted Butter (softened)

Directions:

  1. Add hot water, butter, and brown sugar in a glass.
  2. Stir until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add Dark Rum and stir.
  4. Garnish with freshly ground Nutmeg and Cinnamon.
