Gingerbread cookies are freaking awesome. This drink is hopefully going to be just as awesome for you as well. I haven’t made any Irish Cream drinks yet and in my opinion it has been way too long. So I grabbed myself a bottle of it and here it is. Let’s gather some ingredients and put it all together:
- 1 oz Irish Cream
- 1 oz Cinnamon Schnapps
- 1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
So grab all of this and throw a cocktail glass in the fridge to chill it out (Ok, don’t literally throw it). You’ll need to also get yourself some ice and a shaker in order to pull this drink off.
- Pour all liquor in a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Overall it’s a pretty solid drink. Quite a strong cinnamon flavor I think as the Goldschlager really powers over top of the other ingredients. This makes sense because Ginger cookies have a bit of bite to them.
